Sound Familiar?
- Limping through training, hoping it'll hold together for the weekend.
- Sitting out while your team plays.
- The injury that keeps almost healing, then flaring up again.
- A physio who cleared you too soon, and you paid for it.
Here's What Changes
- Hands-on treatment the same week you call. No long wait list.
- An honest assessment of where you're at and what you can push.
- A clear, progressive return-to-sport plan. Not just "rest and ice."
- Physiotherapists who have worked with elite and community sport at all levels.
Sports injuries don't pause your life. Whether you're a weekend runner, a club-level athlete, or a competitive sportsperson, the gap between getting hurt and getting back is what we're here to close. Our North Beach sports physio clinic treats the full spectrum, from acute ACL tears and hamstring strains to the chronic, niggling shoulder or knee pain that's been limiting your training for months. We see patients from North Beach, Trigg, Scarborough, Karrinyup, Carine, Watermans Bay and across Perth's northern coastal suburbs, and our physios have worked with elite, semi-professional and community-level sport for years. Same-week assessment, hands-on treatment, and a return-to-sport plan built around your actual sport and timeline, not generic rest and ice advice.

Movement screening + injury assessment. We identify the source and the contributing factors, not just where it hurts.

Manual therapy, dry needling, sports taping, and progressive loading. Treatment matched to your sport and your timeline.
Return
A structured return-to-sport plan with objective criteria. You don't go back until you're actually ready.
Unique Advantage
Athlete Screening & Performance Testing
Not just rehab.
We screen movement patterns and test performance benchmarks (strength, speed, jump mechanics) so you know exactly where you're at and what's limiting your output.
Whether you're preparing for a season, returning from injury, or just wanting a baseline, this is the objective data that takes the guesswork out of training.

Sports Physio: Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I be seen for a sports injury?
Same-week appointments are the norm. If you've just been injured at training or in a game on the weekend, call us first thing Monday and we'll find you a spot, often the same day. No referral required.
Do I need a GP referral to see a sports physio?
No. You can book directly. If you have a referral from your GP, surgeon, or specialist, bring it along, but it's not required to start treatment.
What sports do your physios specialise in?
Our team has worked across AFL (Subiaco FC), soccer (Western Roar, North Beach FC), basketball (Raiders), surf/lifesaving (Trigg Island SLSC) and tennis. We also see runners, gym athletes, CrossFit, triathletes and weekend warriors of every level.
Will my private health fund cover sports physio?
Yes, most extras policies include physiotherapy. We have HICAPS on-site, so you pay only the gap at the appointment. Bring your health fund card.
How long until I can return to my sport?
It depends on the injury, the sport, and how early you got assessed. Acute minor injuries can resolve in 2–4 weeks. ACL reconstruction or significant tears can take 6–12 months. We give you objective return-to-sport criteria, not a guess, so you know when you're genuinely ready.
What should I bring to my first sports physio appointment?
Any imaging or scan reports you've had (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound), your private health fund card, and clothing you can comfortably move and warm up in.
