Sound Familiar?
- Waiting for the pain to go away on its own.
- Living around it. Modifying everything to avoid the thing that hurts.
- You've tried rest, stretching, maybe a massage, and it came back.
- You're not sure if it's serious enough to get checked out.
Here's What Changes
- A proper diagnosis in your first session, not "come back in two weeks."
- A treatment plan you actually understand. What it is, why it hurts, what fixes it.
- Hands-on treatment that shifts something, from the first visit.
- A clear timeline. Not open-ended.
If you've been putting up with pain, stiffness, or restricted movement, you're not alone, and you don't need to keep waiting for it to sort itself out. Our North Beach physiotherapy clinic treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions: sports injuries, persistent back and neck pain, post-surgical recovery, headaches, and the everyday aches that come with desk work, parenting, or just getting older. We serve North Beach, Trigg, Scarborough, Karrinyup, Duncraig, Carine and the wider northern coastal suburbs of Perth, with same-week appointments, no referral required, and HICAPS on-site so private health rebates are processed at the chair. Every patient gets a thorough assessment first, then hands-on treatment and a clear plan back to normal function.

How It Works

A thorough consultation. We listen, test, and diagnose properly before we treat anything.
We Treat
Hands-on treatment matched to what you actually have. Manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription, whatever's most effective for your condition.
You Return
A structured plan gets you back to full function. We don't discharge you until you're genuinely better, and we give you the tools to stay that way.

Physiotherapy: Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. You can book directly. If you have a GP referral, Medicare care plan or workers' compensation referral, bring it along. We'll process it.
How long is a physiotherapy appointment?
Initial assessments are 45–60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes. Complex or post-surgical assessments may run longer. We'll let you know when you book.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes. We have HICAPS on-site, so you only pay the gap at the time of your appointment. Bring your private health fund card.
What conditions can physiotherapy help with?
Sports injuries, back and neck pain, postural and desk-related pain, post-surgical rehab, headaches, arthritis, joint pain, muscle strains, and chronic conditions. If you're unsure whether physio is appropriate, call us and we'll let you know.
How many sessions will I need?
Many conditions improve over 3–6 sessions, though it varies from person to person. Acute injuries can settle sooner; chronic conditions and post-surgical rehab can take longer. We give you a clear plan with timeline up front so you're not in the dark.
What should I wear to my first appointment?
Comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. For lower limb or back, shorts work best; for shoulders, a singlet or t-shirt. We have a private room if you need to change.
