Assess
A thorough assessment that goes beyond where it hurts. Posture, movement patterns, muscle testing and functional screening.

Strengthen
A progressive strength program. The part of your plan that builds strength and control.
Who we see
Weekend Warriors
Runners, gym-goers, social sport players. You train hard, you want to keep training. We help you keep training, and guide your return when injuries happen.
Chronic Pain
You've had it for months, maybe years. You've learned to manage around it. We'll assess it properly and give you a plan.
Post-Surgery Recovery
Structured pre and post-surgical rehab. We work alongside your surgeon and GP to get the outcome you're both aiming for.
