- Process Medicare, private health fund, ICWA and workers' compensation claims

Storage and Security
Your records are stored securely in compliant practice management software and physical records (where applicable) in locked storage. Access is limited to authorised clinic staff. Health records are retained for a minimum of 7 years (or until age 25 for paediatric records) in line with our professional obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Your GP or other treating health practitioners, with your consent, for coordinated care
- Insurers, Medicare, the Insurance Commission of WA, or workers' compensation insurers, for claims processing relevant to your treatment

- Access your personal and health information held by the clinic
