Do I need a referral to see a physio?
No. You can book directly. No GP referral required. If you have a referral or Medicare care plan, bring it along and we'll process it.
Do you accept private health fund rebates?
Yes. We have HICAPS on-site, which means you pay only the gap. Your health fund is billed directly at the time of your appointment.
How long is a physiotherapy appointment?
Initial assessments are 45–60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes. Massage sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes depending on what you book.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We treat patients of all ages, including children and adolescents.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Any referrals or imaging you have (X-rays, MRI), your private health fund card, and comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated.
Is parking available?
Yes, North Beach Shopping Centre has ample free parking directly outside the clinic.
