What to Expect

Sessions are quieter and gentler than a typical massage: soft, rhythmic strokes directed toward lymph node clusters. Most clients book 60 minutes; some choose 90 for whole-body work. You'll often notice the effect over the 24–48 hours following the session as fluid continues to shift.
